My name is James Badler, and I’m the proud owner of Royal Penguin Plumbing. After spending more than 10 years in the plumbing trade and earning my Master Plumber’s License, I made the decision to start my own company and build something my family could be proud of. In 2024, I founded Royal Penguin Plumbing with one goal in mind: to provide honest, dependable plumbing services backed by exceptional workmanship and customer care.
I believe every customer deserves quality work, fair pricing, and a plumber they can trust. Whether it’s a simple repair, a full plumbing installation, or an emergency service call, I take pride in doing the job right the first time. My reputation is built on reliability, clear communication, and treating every home with the same care and respect I would expect for my own.
When I’m not helping customers, my favorite place to be is with my family. They’re the reason I work hard every day and the inspiration behind building a business rooted in integrity and trust. When I have some free time, you’ll usually find me fishing, hunting, cooking, or working on projects around the house. I enjoy working with my hands and solving problems, both on and off the job.

She handles everything from answering phones and scheduling appointments to keeping the day organized and making sure our customers have a great experience from start to finish. Her attention to detail and genuine care for people help keep the business running smoothly every day.
Jamie is also a devoted wife and proud mom of two. Her support and encouragement have been a big part of helping turn the dream of starting Royal Penguin Plumbing into a reality. She believes in treating everyone with kindness and making sure every customer feels heard and appreciated.
When she’s not helping behind the scenes, Jamie enjoys spending time with her family, camping, crafting, and relaxing at home. She brings the same warmth and dedication to our customers that she brings to her family, making her an important part of everything we do at Royal Penguin Plumbing.
