Jimmy did fantastic work. I called him up for a broken garbage disposal, and after a quick diagnosis, he gave me multiple options to choose from on how I’d like to proceed. He quickly replaced the system since he had all the necessary parts on his truck. Since he was so fast to fix the problem, I started going through my extensive list of concerns. After apologizing for how much I was laying on him, he graciously said, don’t worry! You have me all day!… At one point he sat in my crawl space for an extended period of time, trying to diagnose a leak I had. Again- he was able to accurately diagnose the problem and fix a problem I didn’t even know I had. In addition, he fixed a bathroom faucet… all of this was in one visit! Royal Penguin came out to fix a clogged and leaking sink for us. They showed up right on schedule, diagnosed the problem very quickly and had the sink unclogged and drain pipe fixed before lunch. We plan to use them for other projects.

Recently had Royal Penguin out to fix a leak behind a wall in the upstairs bathroom. Installing an access panel and correctly diagnosing the leak took 30 minutes. Ended up being a grouting problem. Royal penguin plumbing installed a new reverse osmosis system for me and did a great job! He was clean and respectful. I have an old farmhouse so nothing ever goes as planned but he worked around some old plumbing and made it work like it should. Who knew needing a plumber for an emergency issue could be a great experience! I called on a Friday evening a bit before 5, and Jimmy was there within an hour with a smile. His work was expert, he explained everything, and what could have been a messy job area was 100% sparkling when he left. During his visit I told him about a small leak with my water softener..He took the time to diagnose that as well, and will be back for repair. I discovered a flooded basement one evening due to sump pump failure. Royal Penguin Plumbing was highly recommended in the community, so I gave them a call. Jimmy was very quick to respond and get the pump working again and the water cleared. He determined the cause had been extensive power washing of my home's exterior which caused the pump to overload. We also set up a day and time for him to return and address a slow leak with my washing machine's shut off valve, as well as one with my kitchen faucet. Both problems required new parts, which he was quick to provide. Jimmy kept me well informed throughout the stages of repair. I am really happy with the work he provided and plan on calling Royal Penguin again in the future. He is very timely, knowledgeable, friendly, well organized and affordable. I highly recommend Royal Penguin Plumbing!  Been searching for a good, reliable plumber for awhile now, a company with integrity and one I have complete confidence in, and I found that with RPP.
